Responsible for collaborating with cross-functional partners to manage all aspects of the Commerce business including, business planning, content strategy and development, promotional campaigns and online marketing, website design, customer service, web analytics, and web technologies.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
• Orchestrate all aspects of a strategic eCommerce plan, I combine existing expertise in sales, marketing, technology, and management to deliver a superior brand and shopping experience for all customers, online.
• Oversee the eCommerce website of a brand. Manage the overall user experience, including site navigation, content development, checkout funnel, and promotional campaigns.
• Developing the effective planning and execution of an eCommerce strategy, working cross-functionally with teams to ensure QA and timely publishing of all web content.
• Manage campaigns that deliver an increase in conversion rates, overall order size, and e-store business development
• Manage & coordinate Internet marketing solutions, SEM campaigns, SEO activities, and other monitoring methodologies and analytics.

The Project Manager role is to manage effectively the delivery of eCommerce projects and services. To enable Tech Address to achieve defined global, regional, and local projects.
• Develop and implement an E-Commerce strategy in order to improve website performance.
• Manage all online activity in relation to traffic acquisition, sales conversion, and reporting.
• Facilitate systems and infrastructure selection, development, optimization, and operation to ensure smooth and scalable eCommerce operations.

• Oversee that all products are properly uploaded and updated on the online store, with all relevant information like ( Meta title, Meta description, Related product, and Upsells product).
• Build strong relationships with other payment and shipping companies to facilitate problem-solving quickly.
• Managing On-page and Off-page optimization projects and reporting on performance.
• Optimize website to improved search engine visibility and overall online exposure.
• Ensure that the website is continuously available (up-time).
• Strategies and Implement on-site merchandising and content.
• Drive sales, margin, profits against budget and forecasts for the category
• Build and Execute marketing strategies through various mediums - Banners, E-Mails, Push Notifications.
• Enrichment of website through new features to improve customer experience.
• Ensuring Stock is checked and updated.
