- Proactively grow the Premier portfolio through completion of effective Premier Individual Reviews, regular contact and financial planning reviews

- Achieve the investment and insurance and investment business targets

- Provide advice and guidance to management teams on the premier portfolio and the impact of wealth management product across PFS

- Provide after sales services to customer to monitor product performance and explore cross selling opportunities

- Regular review customer’s portfolio and the provision of accurate and timely information. Reviewing and updating customer profiles to help identify need-gaps

To contact potential customers and introduce company products and answer their inquires and concerns.
To conduct periodic visits to key clients.
To deliver sales presentations to key clients.
To assist in generating new sales leads using business directories, and trade show.
To execute sales plans and programs to achieve company sales targets.
To manage customer relationship by receiving, analyzing and resolving complaints.
To quote prices and credit-terms and prepare sales contracts for orders obtained.
To display and demonstrate products using catalog, and emphasize salable features.
To handle sales invoices and submit payments after coordinating with the concerned entity regarding payments.
To complete all paper work related to the coordination of sales activities, such as correspondence with customers and issuance of proposals and quotations.

1-Preparing all journal Vouchers.
2-Reconciliation for General Ledger accounts, e.g. debtors, creditors, inter-company, accruals, and prepayments.
3-Assisting the Finance Manager to implement and develop systems and procedures.
4-Give training sessions on the accounting procedures and accounting system (Oracle) for new employees.
