Project Manager / Operation Manager Location: Saudi Arabia Installed Satellite Network Portal SNP Site in Saudi Arabia for Oneweb Network Company. Managed many Telecom Projects (Satcom, RF Telecom) by compiling bid technical terms and conditions, leading project planning, ensuring compliance with licenses and import customs clearance, tracking procurement payments and logistic delivery, overseeing breakdown activities, executing schedules, providing technical support to the team, controlling resources, and aligning the quality of delivery with contract criteria and efective cost to achieve stakeholder satisfaction. Executed many implementations, setup, and troubleshooting with technical support for VSAT satellite links at OFF-Shore (Maritime) sites and On-Shore as well, with integration of Surveillance and radio over IP (ROIP) systems. Lead the Operation management and technical support, overseeing teams of more than 70 individuals responsible for maintaining the VSAT network in Saudi Arabia. Assign tasks and preventive maintenance based on team expertise, ensure tools calibration, conduct weekly meetings to align service level criteria, and develop a strategy for professional training and techniques. Executed many of Satellite Telecom projects with high proficiency: Drive-Away, Fly Away, and COTM Stations with integration of multi-Services. Provided presales duties for RFP proposals with high-technology solutions and competitive pricing.
Managed governmental projects: Telecom & Network infrastructure: control of subcontractors delivery, assuring of resources availability, delivery tracking, and control execution and product quality with contract criteria and project deadlines.
