Static maintenance:-
Present job accountabilities: - Ensure the Contractor complies with Company's HSE policies and procedures.
- Supervising routine maintenance, repairs, modifications and preparation for inspection of static equipment including pressure vessels, tanks, on-plot piping, flow line and pipeline for onshore oil and gas production facilities
- Preparation of scopes of work for shutdowns.
- Preparation of Contract Work Orders and work estimates.
- Coordination of resources including equipment and manpower of contract to achieve objectives.
- Supervision of Mechanical Works contractor's work force during execution of the work.
- Planning, and scheduling all types of static maintenance activities including the planning of shut downs
- Familiar with major piping and vessel codes (ASME, API, ANSI and NASE), isometric piping drawings and preparing of lifting plans and regulations for erection of scaffolding
Dier Ezor sugar factory maintenance:
• Maintenance period: Dismantle all rotating and static equipment and carry out inspection and total maintenance. Using local maintenance crews or cotractors.
• Production campaign period: only protective maintenance.
