Keeping track of invoices ordered by those shops to achieve certain targets set by the company for them to have their incentives and for the team to have theirs. Keeping track of the stock in those different locations and coordinating with the main distributor of Nokia in Lebanon. Being ever present in the market to have the shop owner feedback, on-location feedbacks, and merchandising criteria up to standards.
