• Consolidate & present financials to management
• Analyze financials & prepare profit & loss by business unit
• Generate Ad hoc reports including but not limited to breakeven analysis, overheads by cost center & business unit, cash forecast, cash movement by business unit and proforma financial statements
• Assist CFO on all accounting and finance projects including trouble shooting tax related issues during audits, preparing risk assessment reports (residual risk vs significance), travel to affiliate-company countries as needed, and implement preventive and corrective procedures

• Assist in setup of Microsoft Dynamics Navision as ERP
• File and keep track record of all legal documents
• Prepare payroll, related NSSF, EOSI and personnel tax
• Determine landed cost & organize stock counts
• Train employees, fill appraisals, and recommend promotions
