Cost:
1 - Calculate & analyze actual manufacturing costs, compare standard costs to actual and prepare periodic reports on variances & evaluate the reasons of variances.

4 - Prepare and analyze monthly variances reports (budget v/s actual).
5 - Pre-set feasibility studies for new projects.

Responsible for controlling the work done by cost accountant, putting plans and targets that should be achieved to reach a better cost policy, cooperate with the new Product Development division in order to achieve the lowest cost for the best product, controlling labor and raw material wastes, reporting to higher management about products cost, controlling cost centers expenses and take the appropriate steps to achieve lower products cost,
