Identify, analyze, and recommend solutions to manpower planning issues and build strategies to optimize manpower and escalate to the Manager Manpower planning and reporting for implementation approval.
Worked as part of a team to develop and deliver a new hire orientation program. The program included organizational overviews, performance management philosophy, time reporting policies, guidelines and training, safety and security training.
Responsible to postings of new job requisitions.
Establishing relationships with top training and recruitment agencies to ensure top notch business training and candidate support for company.
Managing recruitment and training reports in order to guarantee information is accurate and up to date.

Conduct job analysis interviews and develop job descriptions for all positions within the organization ensuring all budgeted positions have well defined and updated job descriptions.

Participates in recruitment effort for exempt and non-exempt personnel; screening applications, as well as coordinating and conducting interviews for exempt and non-exempt personnel.
Coordinates the use of temporary labor as needed, including maintaining relationships with agency representatives and communicating temporary needs as well as acquiring the contract and obtaining local and HO approvals.
Conducts employee lifecycle processes from on boarding, induction to separation while maintaining data transactions on Database.
Conducts new associate orientation, tours of facility, and ensures accurate completion of New Hire paperwork
Assisting and work closely with Public relation officer (Mandoob) government documentation such as renewal of visas, medical and exit entry permits.
Provides information related to company history, vision and values, Code of Conduct, benefits, attendance policy, meal and rest periods, and other content contained in the On-boarding Program.
Assists in the safety effort for facility.
Maintains the completeness, accuracy, and audits of associate files, including working files, medical files, and performance files as defined by the Department of Labor
Maintaining employee personnel files and tracking the employee training courses such as HSE and personal development trainings.
Keeping records of all employees training and courses in personal files with the help of document controller.
Administer day-to-day interviews and managing internal and external job postings and conduct regular searches on all available job boards.
Supervise, train, coach, evaluate employees and oversee the HR department.
Check Daily activities Reports, Requests obtain from employees and take necessary action.
Represent the Business meetings concern active contract those arranged by Clients.
Coordinate active projects and help in bidding, tendering and contract management.
Maintain company vehicle and equipment inventory, service and repair records.
Look after all vehicle and equipment legal documents expiration and renewal on time.
Responsible to greet clients and customers and solve their queries with pleasant manner.
Look after suppliers and pending materials which order for office and other branches.
Responsible to make employee shift roaster and coverage of sick leaves.

Manages Associate Recognition Program
Assesses associate morale and identifies appropriate timing for activities and events, as well as provides input on topics for building-wide meetings.
Perform activities related to the collection, compilation and analysis of data requisite for the development of Organization’s annual Manpower Budget i.e. available vacancies, budget, etc liaising with the HR Strategic Partners to ensure timely completion of manpower planning budget.
Responsible support the Manager Manpower Planning and Reporting in the communication of the final approved Manpower Budget, and Organization Charts in addition to monitoring the implementation process highlighting any relevant issues.
