Responsibilities

 Responsible for Electrical activities related to UPS design, Substation Energization, IRP design etc.

Responsibilities

 Coordination with Client (GASCO), Vendors (ABB-DCS, Yokogawa & ICS Triplex-ESD, Emerson-PVST & Field Instruments, Bentley Nevada-MMS etc.) and subcontractor-EMCO.
 Responsible for complete technical and commercial aspects, Project control, Monitoring and Supervision.
 Active participation in HAZOP, HAZID, SIL, Logic validation, IFAT, ISAT, Commissioning, Start-up and Unit Handover.
 Preparation of Control Narrative for Turbo Expander, Glycol Reboiler, Ammine Recirculation Pump and for each unit of GASCO plant, Control System Specifications, I/O list, Cause & Effect, P&ID, Loop Diagram, Control System architecture etc.

Projects :
 Shell GTL Kero Blending Project: Control system interface agreement between RLTO (QG, RASGAS) and SHELL. Successfully done the presentation for interface agreement in meeting with Qatar Gas, Ras Gas, RLTO & SHELL and got the approval for proposed scheme for DCS (FOXBORO) & ESD (Triconex) interface. Produced the reservation drawings, system scope of work, C&E, I/O list etc.
 MFP (Minimum Facility Platform- South dome, OXY, Offshore): Produced the detail engineering deliverables like RTU Bitmap schedule, I/O list etc. Issued specification for RTU, MPFM, DHG etc. Prepared the Electrical interface drawing for VSD, ESP and F&G trip.
 Instrument Air Upgrade detail engineering (OXY offshore, PS1E & PS1K): Interface with SSUP (Safety System Upgrade Project) team for DCS and ESD interfaces and utilisation of new G-node DCS.

Responsibilities

To lead design of all necessary Instrumentation equipment/facilities for adding second molten sulphur storage tank on dedicated location next the first tank. To size, specify and procure all instrumentation materials for a new SEEHT pipeline (above ground) between the new transfer pumps and the new tie-in points to the two 12-inch CSP liquid sulphur gathering lines at the South other side of Hamad Street. To supervise discipline engineers to work with Smart Plant Instrumentation-INtools & AutoCAD software’s. To participate in HAZOP and SIL analysis. To deliver Instrumentation Documents & Drawings like Instrument data sheet, Instrument Index, Control Valve sizing, Cause and Effect Diagram, Logic Diagram, Loop Diagram, DCS Control System Standard, PLC Control System Standards, I & C Design Criteria, Control System Architecture.
