Responsibilities
 Responsible for all Instrumentation, Telecommunication, Electrical, Control Systems, Cyber Security, Fire & Gas related activities of the project which includes Engineering Design, Testing, Construction, Pre-commissioning, Commissioning, Function Test, Start up and Handover.
 Responsible for Electrical activities related to UPS design, Substation Energization, IRP design etc.
 Manage FAT/IFAT activities in YOKOGAWA Musaffah, Abu Dhabi
 Responsible for SIT, SAT of DCS, ESD, GDS, BMS, MMS, CCS, ENWS and all third party system.
 Responsible for the Project Schedule / Scope monitoring and Control.

Responsibilities

 To Lead Design Engineers, Transfer Engineers, Commissioning Engineers & Construction Engineers. Conduct performance evaluation of Discipline Engineers.
 Provide total Project Design and Control from service award to completion of EPC contract
 Coordination with Client (GASCO), Vendors (ABB-DCS, Yokogawa & ICS Triplex-ESD, Emerson-PVST & Field Instruments, Bentley Nevada-MMS etc.) and subcontractor-EMCO.
 Responsible for complete technical and commercial aspects, Project control, Monitoring and Supervision.
 Active participation in HAZOP, HAZID, SIL, Logic validation, IFAT, ISAT, Commissioning, Start-up and Unit Handover.
 Preparation of Control Narrative for Turbo Expander, Glycol Reboiler, Ammine Recirculation Pump and for each unit of GASCO plant, Control System Specifications, I/O list, Cause & Effect, P&ID, Loop Diagram, Control System architecture etc.

Client : QP, Qatar Gas, Ras Gas, SHELL, OXY

Projects :
 Shell GTL Kero Blending Project: Control system interface agreement between RLTO (QG, RASGAS) and SHELL. Successfully done the presentation for interface agreement in meeting with Qatar Gas, Ras Gas, RLTO & SHELL and got the approval for proposed scheme for DCS (FOXBORO) & ESD (Triconex) interface. Produced the reservation drawings, system scope of work, C&E, I/O list etc.
 MFP (Minimum Facility Platform- South dome, OXY, Offshore): Produced the detail engineering deliverables like RTU Bitmap schedule, I/O list etc. Issued specification for RTU, MPFM, DHG etc. Prepared the Electrical interface drawing for VSD, ESP and F&G trip.
 Instrument Air Upgrade detail engineering (OXY offshore, PS1E & PS1K): Interface with SSUP (Safety System Upgrade Project) team for DCS and ESD interfaces and utilisation of new G-node DCS.

Responsibilities

To lead design of all necessary Instrumentation equipment/facilities for adding second molten sulphur storage tank on dedicated location next the first tank. To size, specify and procure all instrumentation materials for a new SEEHT pipeline (above ground) between the new transfer pumps and the new tie-in points to the two 12-inch CSP liquid sulphur gathering lines at the South other side of Hamad Street. To supervise discipline engineers to work with Smart Plant Instrumentation-INtools & AutoCAD software’s. To participate in HAZOP and SIL analysis. To deliver Instrumentation Documents & Drawings like Instrument data sheet, Instrument Index, Control Valve sizing, Cause and Effect Diagram, Logic Diagram, Loop Diagram, DCS Control System Standard, PLC Control System Standards, I & C Design Criteria, Control System Architecture.  Honeywell and Yokogawa ESD (Emergency Shutdown) System Interconnection from ITR (Instrument Technical Room) to the new ESD system in FAR-6 (Field Auxiliary Room-6). Preparation of Design Pack, Engineering, Commissioning and Automation for the same.
 Jetty Control Room (JCR) and Jetty Fire Fighting Room (JFFR) DCS Workstation and GPC replacement to the new JCR and new JFFR for Berth1, Berth2 and Berth3. Preparation of Design Pack, Engineering, Commissioning and Automation for the same.
 Fire & Gas and Mimic Panel (Yokogawa) replacement from Old Main control Room to the new Main Control Room. Preparation of Design Pack, Engineering, Commissioning and Automation for the same.

 Installation and maintenance of the Profibuss, Ethernet cables.
 Implementation of Safety factors inside the plant.
 Provide PLC training to the technicians in the field and Supervisors.
 Configuration of the Frequency converters.
 Attend any Electrical or PLC related faults in the Plant.

 Provide Automation and Commissioning for the Plant which use Bellows, Diaphragms, Position gauge, Conveyors, Thermocouple, Strip chart recorder, Circular chart recorder, Ultrasonic level gauge, Float type level gauge, Flapper nozzle system, Pneumatic cable, Water pressure cutter, Level transmitters, Pressure transmitters, Motors, Contactors, Relays, Temperature transmitters, Mercury gauge in Boilers, Indicators, Control panel, VFD, PLC, Input Output card, Hydraulic Press, Solenoid valve, Directional control valve, Consistency gauge, Viscosity transducers, Accumulators etc.
 Implementation of the Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly shutdowns.
 Provide PLC training to the technicians in the field and supervisors.
 Configuration of the Frequency Converters.
 Isolation of the shutdown area from other area of the plant for smooth operation.
