✓ Act as HR point of reference for all employee and HR related decisions.
✓ Create, implement, and update the HR policies and procedures.
✓ Responsible for monthly audit cycle for center record unit.
✓ Responsible for job offering review and confirmation.
✓ Responsible for company training matrix creation and implementation.
✓ Review company payroll and MOL reporting.
✓ Responsible for policy planning.
