The Al Rostamani Group is one of the largest and oldest business conglomerates in the United Arab Emirates.
Working closely with the Head of HR to develop the company's HR strategy in line with management's strategic objectives. Spearhead initiatives that improve productivity by establishing best practices and defined processes for Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and Development, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development, Diversity & inclusion whilst implementing HR policies & procedures.
Strategy:
• Provide a strategic interface to senior management through the provision of high-quality guidance and support in developing and progressing people management solutions to achieve business objectives
• Participate in strategic planning by partnering with the leadership team to ensure HR initiatives are aligned with business objectives
• Support the company's transformation, Diversity & Inclusion
Talent Acquisition & Emiratization:
• Collaborate with senior leadership to understand the organizational goal and strategy related to talent acquisition and retention
• Design, launch, and lead Talent Acquisition strategy across the group that ensures best in class HR practices and business partnering
• Streamline recruitment processes in Success Factors to ensure 100% utilization of the system
• Ensure policies and procedures and standards are in place
• Implement resourcing SLA for all job bands across the group
• Responsible for the recruitment of all corporate and CXO level positions
• Ensure the Recruitment strategy is aligned with the overall group business strategy
• Create a talent pool of key roles to address requirements across the group
• Follow-up on the national employees’ performance, concerns, abilities, and achievements
Operations:
• Design and run the on-boarding process to ensure all new employees are inducted into the company culture
• Manage day-to-day employee relations, ensuring compliance in all employee-related matters
• Implement HR best practices and ensure compliance with all statutory requirements and the company’s
HR policies
• Support and manage key HR strategic programs and initiatives, and ad hoc HR projects
• Handle manpower planning and HR budgeting
Compensation & Benefits:
• Perform salary reviews based on market and sector-specific benchmarking to ensure competitiveness

Performance Management:
• Develop and implement the performance evaluation process
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
• Provide coaching and counseling to Department/Business Unit Heads and assisted with feedback sessions
and action plans
Learning & Development:
• Conduct and implement training needs analysis to formulate recommendations for future training programs
• Ensure individual development needs of team members are identified and development plans implemented and progressed
