I joined SIG Combibloc after acquiring the JV from Obeikan and managed the HR in KSA and led many integration projects as follows:
Integration with SIG Global:
• Managed to sign contracts of 250 employees with SIG company,
• Transferred the employee’s sponsorship to SIG
• Upload the internal policy in HRSD portal
• Took over all HR governmental services and manage it inhouse
HR governmental services:
• Managed to sign E-contracts with all employees in “Mudad” platform
• Refund 650K SAR from HRDF for subsidized employees.
• Streamlined all governmental processes during the transition and assure all requests are fulfilled
• Supervising all Saudization matters and manage them efficiently.
Talent Management:
• Conduct the TSC “Talent Succession Conference” for KSA employees
• Set up the performance management for KSA employees
• Managed to close all employees’ objectives setting on time
• Managed to close all employees' PDP “Personal Development Plan” preparation on time
Organizational Development:
• As part of the integration, updated the employees' JDs and re-graded them to new grading methodology.
• Managed to identify the low performers and planned a development plan/release plan from the company.
DE&I “Diversity, Equity and Inclusion”:
• Assigned as the main spoc of DE&I for SIG MEA
• Identified the targeted population and coordinated the training with the relevant parties.

HR Business Partner Manager في alfanar Co.

- Align business objectives with employees and management in each respective business unit.
- Work closely with management and employees to deliver effective HR solutions, improve work relationships, and enhance empowerment.

- Participate in System Rewards planning.
