The main focus was
on conducting feasibility studies for various projects in private and governmental sectors. Also, working for NGOs
and international funding agencies.Additionally, working at the HR field at various projects for different companies, the duties were:
1. Analysing, reviewing and designing the Organizational Structure.
2. Internal auditing and site evaluation.
3. Performance Management and KPIs for employees and departments.
4. Reviewing the adoption of the current HR regulations, systems, policies and procedures.
5. Developing gap analysis between the core functions and the best practices.
Projects:
• JRF & UNDP: Developing a comprehensive market research report detailing the socio-demographical characteristics of Rihab, Housha, and Sama Al Sarhan localities, mapping potential sectors for microbusinesses and job creation businesses based on the needs of the market, designing and planning and conducting field survey, being part of the projects` evaluation committee, SWOT analysis, gap analysis for the available jobs, stakeholder analysis, market trends, writing and submitting final reports in Arabic and English language, preparing and presetting presentation with main outcomes, follow-up with the client.
• Jordan Enterprise Development Corporation (JEDCO): Providing multistage consultancy services for potential beneficiaries from Governorate Development Fund by preparing 63 inception reports; identifying the eligibility criteria of the projects and risk assessment, the second stage is conducting 30 feasibility studies for the beneficiaries; by conducting market research, market size and share, technical research aspects for each project, needed machinery, production capacity and efficiency, machinery utilization, products` costing, stock management, financial forecast, building financial statements, sending progress reports on weekly bases on the progress of each applicant, project planning for each deliverable while identifying milestones, implementing criteria depending on laws & regulations for each project, submitting reports in Arabic language.
• Save The Children: Developing methodologies for conducting field surveys and market research assessment methods to map the labor market in; Irbid, Mafraq, and Zarqa, in order to analyze job opportunities in the targeted governorates and link job seekers with identified job opportunities, being responsible for the survey team and assigning tasks for each member to determine the preferences of job employers in terms of required set of skills of the workforce in the governorates and map available supply of workforce along with available Vocational Training Centers and their offerings, submitting and writing the report in English language, preparing a presentation with major outcomes.
• USAID LENS: Building capacity of different governorates’ officials in terms of preparing feasibility studies that will develop their governorates, giving presentations and lecturing the municipalities` employees, performing face-to-face interview with the beneficiaries, giving assistance in developing feasibility studies, weekly follow-up with them, sending progress reports.
• Airport International Group (AIG): developing procurement policies and procedures manual development, full scale diagnostic review of the 'as is' situation, gap analysis documentation.
• The Electricity Distribution Company (EDCO): Conducting feasibility study to render assessing the Manufacturing Activity of the Company, evaluation the current production lines, calculating the ideal production capacity, gap analysis, recommendations on reducing production time and improving the quality of work.
• Due Diligence and Forensic audit for NGO: By investigating performance, policies and procedures including the Code of Conduct, Procurement Manuals and any other relevant human resources policies.

In this internship, I acquired the necessary knowledge to design the circuitry for a unique walking stick for the
blind using PlayStation joystick, a simple sonic wave sensor and a homemade Printed Circuit Board (PCB).
Additionally, being familiar with the maintenance procedures for all of the previous instruments and systems.
