- Maintains Quality Management System and perform Periodic MS Audits and reviews.
- Record, Reports, creates and follows up corrective actions.
- Communicate Quality issues and incidents with the team.
- Service and maintenance of downhole drilling Tools while assuring quality of parts used in service and creating service reports.
- Reliability Incident reporting
- Investigating tool failure, RCA Root Cause Analysis, and Preparing Initial finding Reports.
- Working with NOV online system and Programs (ITRAX, TAT, JDE, AIMS, EDS, ..).
- Preparing Quality Monthly Progress Reports with KPI’s
- Track, maintain and discuss the Objectives & Targets with the team.
- Assessing and Tracking preventive maintenance (PM)
- Complete the Quality side of Tenders/ Registrations.
- Track and measure Suppliers performance metrics (SQPM)
- Provide technical assistance to the sales, marketing. Communicate with customers and suppliers when necessary on specific QA issues and incidents.
- Maintenance and Service of downhole drilling tools.
- Assuring quality of parts used while servicing tools.
- Preparing Service Report.
- Preparing Initial finding Reports for tool failures.
- Working with NOV Programs (ITRAX, Q-Focus, TAT, Engineering Portal, ).
- Review the Mechanical requirements of the new Nuclear Power Plant of Dabaa.
- Participating in tendering and commissioning technical reviews for the new Plant.
