• Monitor all project activities and progress towards achieving the project output.
• Monitor and evaluate overall progress on achievement of results and monitor the sustainability of the projects results.
• Work with the field teams to ensure that program indicators are tracked through regular field visits.
• Pioneer the development, review and utilization of data collection, monitoring and reporting tools.
• Participate in developing an M&E Plan, M&E work plan and indicator tracking matrix, in line with the project's thematic standards and practice.
• Initiate data analysis and action planning meeting with program teams to review data trends and overall project performance.
• Assist the MEAL team leader in the preparation of reports on the findings and lessons learned from project innovations.
• Conduct capacity assessment and train on existing monitoring, evaluation system and tools for data collectors and volunteers.
• Support the cash team to prepare a list of eligible beneficiaries for Liban post, OMT, and BOB Finance, monitor the cash payments and follow up with beneficiaries who did not receive cash payments.
• Participate in annual project reviews, planning workshops and assist the team leader in preparing relevant reports.
• Provide data and inputs for all periodic reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly).
Conduct focus groups discussions, assessment interviews and data gathering efforts as per request of Pursue staff.
Review the whole information to ensure quality of the data provided completeness of the assessment tools.
Conduct focus group discussions, interviews about poverty, food security, and social protection.
