My responsibilities as PM in Software development project for company’s client are:
• Develop Project management plan and other related project documents
• Organize the requirements gathering workshops with the stakeholders and the End users
• Prepare Requirements documents which include “functional Non-functional requirements, use cases and activities diagrams”
• Presenting project status updates and results to the management
• Work closely with the upper management and decisions maker in features and issues prioritization
• Create and maintain the Project Schedule and other project constrains
• Managing the Stakeholders and the commutations among all involved teams
• Manage Project Implementation (deployment, Training, Acceptance sessions)

• UAE Civil defense System (Project Manager )
- New secure Platform for UAE- CD Department developed by using Agile Methodology, to facilitate the daily activities of CD-staff and increase the productivity of the employees & public satisfaction
• UAE - Ministry of interior (MOI) Portal / Business Analyst
- As BA I am responsible on the requirements gathering efforts
- Public portal that serve the UAE citizens and residence
