• Executive to entry level recruitment for (Head office, Retail Operations, Logistics, Telecom and Restaurants).
• Ensuring that the recruitment is in line with labour laws and legal/administrative requirement.
• Organizing and managing recruitment events to attract the desired calibre of candidates.
• Standardized the recruitment process in all operating countries (Kuwait, Lebanon, Jordan, Oman and Bahrain).
• Developing and determining potential recruitment sources (local and international) to meet business needs.
• Contributing to the development of the annual recruitment plan and its execution for the countries.
• Managing mass recruitment campaigns within strict recruiting budget; collaborating with respective embassies of hiring countries.
• Cooperating with employee relations team to ensure acknowledgment of all service termination or transfer.
• Cooperating with learning and development team in the assessment process of existing employees.
• Responsible for administrating and maintaining a recruitment tracking system to provide up-to-date information at all times.
