• Works with EPCC System Design Engineers, Control Engineers, Integration Manager, etc. to ensure the overall
system design philosophy is implemented correctly to achieve performance criteria.
• Perform General or Specific Control specifications, Functional Analysis, Datasheets, material requisition,
technical analysis realization and input documents reviews.
• Deliver Functional Analysis and Control Narratives documentation.
• Advise, assist and train operator/vendors.
• Participate in FAT/SAT, Startup and commissioning on project sites.
• Support sales team with the drafting of commercial proposal/RFQs/Tenders.

• Review Instrument engineering deliverable during detailed design stage prepared by consultant such as
instrument design basis, fire & gas philosophy, instrument datasheet, fire & gas datasheet, instrument sizing
calculation, instrument block diagram, cable block diagram, wiring diagram, location layout, hook-up diagram
& installation details.
• Review all instrumentation and control system drawings from vendor and ensure that the quality of design
and drawings produced is of satisfactory standard.
• Prepare material requisition, technical clarifications and technical bid evaluation.
• Prepare instrument design basis, ICSS specification, instrument philosophy, instrument specification and
instrument datasheet.
• Participate in HAZOP, HAZID & IPF workshop.
• Participate in FAT/CIST at vendor workshop/supplier factory and provided commissioning support

• Prepare C&I engineering deliverables including specification, instrument index, datasheets, loop diagram, and
I/O list etc.
• Assist the designers with the preparation of construction drawings including cable routing, termination
drawings and schedules etc.
• Review all C&I drawings and ensure that the quality of design and drawings produced is of satisfactory
standard.
• Prepare material requisition, technical clarifications and technical bid evaluation.
• Review and approve vendor documents.
• Participate in FAT and CIST at vendor workshop/supplier factory.

• Responsible for the design, engineering & project execution. (Project executions start from Proposal, finalize
overall project specification meet as per customer requirement, order entry, FAT/Inspection until delivery to
customer).
• Reviews customers specification and provides solutions to customers technical needs to meet customer
satisfaction.
• Performs engineering calculations and prepares engineering documents such as specification, datasheet,
functional design specification, design basis, test procedures, drawings/diagrams etc.
• Checks and reviews vendor document & drawing deliverables.
• Conducts evaluation, selection and procurement of instruments/equipment and other buyouts.
• Participates in installation supervision, internal tests, FAT, CIST and provides commissioning support.
• Lead the planning and technical execution of projects and/or multiple synchronous projects.
• Execute the project to comply with the Functional Safety Standards IEC-61508 and IEC-61511 and GM-604.
• Function as a single focal point of contact (POC) for customers during project delivery phase.
