Duties and Responsibilities:
• Perform corrective and protective maintenance for equipment and troubleshoot different problems
• Check ADCO drilling and workover daily summary and analyze all upcoming operations and jobs
• Participate in daily technical meetings with air drilling team to prepare ADCO requirements
• Maintain, operate and test air drilling and mud cooling packages at yard and fill pressure test inspection sheet
• Rig up/down, and operate the equipment for air drilling and mud cooling operations
• Prepare Drilling Program for 17 ½ and 12 ¼ hole section
• Study Barton's Recorder charts and use Daniel Orifice Flow Calculator
• Calculate air drilling parameters like Air Flow Rate, Equivalent Circulating Density (ECD), Equivalent Mud Weight (EMW), Air/Mud Ratio
• Install stripper rubber with proper alignment on the rotating head
• Participate and supervise mud cooling jobs to save MWD sensors in directional drilling
• Perform minor repairs and maintenance to electrical and mechanical equipment
• Prepare maintenance schedule for air drilling and mud cooling equipment
• Prepare all travel and transportation arrangements to site with job supervisor
• Attend and participate in all safety meetings and follow ADCO life protection rules (LPR)
• Attend many jobs at NDC rig sites in cooperation with supervisor for air drilling operations
• Make an inventory for air drilling and mud cooling packages before and after jobs
• Complete HSE documentations for air drilling and mud cooling packages as a requirement of ADCO
• Prepare technical reports for the ADCO and attend meetings with ADCO Drilling Supervisor (DS) to plane for air drilling
Equipment list:
• Air Drilling Package (Oil-Injected Rotary screw compressors, Three-stages ARIEL Boosters, Diesel CAT Engines, Air Cooling System, Barton's Recorder, Rotating Head, and Valves)
• Mud Cooling Package(ALFA LAVAL Plate Heat Exchanger, Air Cooling Unit, Centrifugal Pump, Electric Generator, Manifold and Strainer)

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Read and understand the Service Unit Sheets for oil tools and the engineering drawings
• Direct contact with clients in technical meetings addressing their requirements
• Maintain and assemble/disassemble of downhole equipment used in Open and Cased Hole
• Evaluate and approve operational quality of equipment and ensure the performance of all equipment’s parts through pressure testing before sending them to clients
• Participate with maintenance team in troubleshooting, service, and repair of equipment
• Perform and report regular quality inspections

• Running tool (HR, Dogs Sub, Debris Barrier and Lift Nipple)
• Liner assembly (Hanger Packer, Drillable Packoff Bushing and Liner hanger)
• Shoe track components (Landing Collar, Float Collar and Float Shoe)
