Job Description:
• Prepare detailed design, shop drawings, BOQs and specifications for design & build Projects.
• Design review for pre-bid pre-designed projects.
• Prepare conceptual design drawings and BOQs for design & build projects at pre-bid stage.
• Prepare technical reports and studies for completed projects to enhance or solve existing HVAC problems.
• Prepare value engineering study and reports.
• Material & equipment evaluation and approval for all Kharafi Construction sites.
• Governmental (MEW & KFD) calculations.
