Key Responsibilities:
• Understand contractual commitments and scope of work.
• Plan, organize, & perform multifunctional field assignments in designated areas of expertise, directing the work of other field engineers & sub-contractors as required, in a timely & efficient manner.
• Ownership for all project activities from handover from Sales until closure of all contractual obligations issues.
• Support the project execution start-up, through early engagement & Contract analysis.
• Develop knowledge of engineering & services teams & those of our customers & sub-contractors to minimize risks & ensure compliance.
• Plan, prepare, &/or instruct training programs as required, to impart & perpetuate field engineering &/or product knowledge in area of specialization.
• Develop and maintain good customer relationships using solid communication skills.
• Identify opportunities to expand the project in ways that bring value to the customer and satisfy profitability requirements.
• Maintain account strategies by working closely with sales & services.
• Exercise good judgment in controlling costs & expenditures on Project Margin.
• Update Quality metrics & develop performance dashboard & presentations to summarize delivered value to customers.
• Maintain install base Life Cycle assessment, spare parts assessment & product line warranty reports, & accomplish an effective after sales service & warranty administration.

Key Responsibilities:
• Managing Long Term Service Agreements with Downstream Clients.
• Responsible for financial performance, on-site quality project execution, technical auditing with the end goal of meeting customer KPI’s.
• Commissioning GE Bently Product Line Systems, leading, and working with a team of engineers and technicians to install, test and integrate our solutions with 3rd Party Distributed Control & Emergency Shutdown Systems from other OEMs.
• Acting Service Project Manager for Sub-Contract Scope under GE flagship.
• Responsible for managing the sub-contract scope execution and service cost to deliver the project on the planned margin.
• Providing technical expertise and support to ITO & Engineering team to setup project deliverables as per End User Client Expectations.
• Various projects undertaken across United Arab Emirates.

Highlights:
• Technical knowledge of diverse types of MV and LV circuit breaker, switchgear, and transformer technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Communicate with project engineering teams, and maintain an updated customer installed base database.
• Determine potential customers for maintenance contracts.
• Prepare maintenance contracts and respond to customers’ RFQs.

• Played a key role in conducting tutoring sessions for various courses in the electrical engineering department.
• Successfully functioned in Labs including Power Engineering Lab, Power Systems Lab and Electronics Lab
