Manage and supervise the whole team and ensure continuity of works as per program and cost.
Manage and control all site Operations for all HLGI projects, including cost, time, material and Drawing approvals, Claims and VOs.
manage and control the site construction progress, time and cost including all the kind of submittals with claims and VOs. attending all required meeting with the client, consultant and subcontractors
Control and manage all finishing and Fit Out works including the wooden part. chase the approvals for material and drawings, submit time schedule and cost.
issue all claims and VOs... and in the final stage we worked on the handing over of the project to the end users, worked also in the defect liability period for 1 year.
