From a small humble local Bank manage to create the image of the Bank as one of the most competitive and aggressive Bank. Responsibilities was, developing and identifying what the competitive edge would be? Through the process and field works for about 6 month, manage to identify the approach at that time -EASY Loans and Personal Overdraft. Improvement and implementing to a one day approvals and payoff if they have existing loans from other banks. The growth and attractions of customers was beyond expectations. The approach was a success and how the bank grows of course through proper budgeting portfolio and financial management.

The remuneration that I received was $64, 800 annually, $5, 400 a month. Outstations Travelling allowance was $200 per diem, economy class but sometimes business class, hotel, transport all paid- Products Road Show, Seminars, Meetings, Conferences, Trade expo and Business Matching.
Annual leaves of 30 days annually. Retirement benefit (1).Employee Provident funds end of service a month salary multiplied to the number of years of service. (2). TAP - 5% from the basic salary and the company contributes 5% to the age of 55 years and 60 accordingly.
