• Responsible for complete mechanical design of HVAC, Firefighting and Plumbing Systems for the following buildings :
Hospital Main Building (12) floor, Chiller Building, Boiler Building, Medical Warehouse Building, Generator and power station Buildings and (19) residential and commercial buildings.
• Responsible to manage (9) Draftsman for all discipline.
• Responsible to check and verify the technical material submittal from all suppliers before submitting to the consultant.
• Responsible to coordinate with material & procurement departments and play active role in helping the purchase dept. in developing new materials.
• Responsible for tasks of analyzing the components to ensure design criteria and specific requirements.
• Responsible to do REVIT model & coordination drawings with electrical department.
• Responsible to support and help site engineers and check and release all MEP clearance.
• Responsible to prepare technical package (Specs, DWGs, and BOQ) for all materials and equipment’s.
• Involved in training of new Engineers & Draftsman joining the Design Department.
• Active member of Special Material Development team and Continuous Improvement Team.
• Assigned with the task of checking the design made by trainees and approving the same.
• Assigned with the task of introducing “5S Principles” in design department.
• Involved in providing optimum design and value engineering.
1-Check and Review Infrastructure and Internal Mechanical Shop drawings (HVAC, Fire fighting, Drainage & Sewerage….)
2- Check installation, Inspection request, Material Submittals, Technical submittals, As per project specifications.
3- Supervision on the Installation of all related inside building mechanical Services.
4- Make sure all subordinates are accomplishing the target activities within the schedule & plan.
5- Attend Technical meetings and weekly progress meeting with client & contractor.
7- Submit & Raise Progress Reports to Top Management.
8- Follow Up and Coordinate other Engineering sectors.
1-Check and Review Infrastructure and Internal Mechanical Shop drawings (Potable water, Fire fighting, HVAC, Storm water, Drainage & Sewerage….)
2- Writing installation methods statement; and Raising RFI, Inspection request, Material Submittals, Technical submittals, As per project specifications.
3- Supervision on the Installation of Buried pre-insulated chilled water pipelines, Buried HDPE, LDPE potable water pipes, PE Underground Fire fighting pipes, & related infrastructure Services.
4- Supervision on the Installation chilled water pipes, PPR or uPVC water Supply pipes, A/C Duct works, A/C Equipment (AHU's, FAHU, s, Chillers, & DX Split AC unit), and all related inside building mechanical Services.
5- Make sure all subordinates are accomplishing the target activities within the schedule and plan.
6- Attend Technical meetings and weekly progress meeting with consultant and main contractor.
7- Making weekly and monthly progress and cost reports.
8- Supervision of progress and quality at site and assist the Site Supervisors and foremen in all engineering issue to accomplish the project as per specifications and QC/QA procedures.
9- Follow Up and Coordinate with suppliers to deliver the ordered material as per Delivery Schedule and as per the Project Specifications.
10-Coordinate with Commercial team and Project QS team for any Variation from the tender Documents.
1- Maintaining of various type of air conditioners.
2- Evaluate maintenance works.
3- Uses engineering skills to improve Service processes.
4- Develops new processes & Writes process procedures.
5- Ordering and inspection of spare parts
6- Regular Management Review of Q indices (FFR, FCR indices).
