-Responsible for all aspects of the logistics supply chain, stores management, procurement, purchasing & subcontracting development and optimization of site logistics solutions to meet the needs of the project.
-Oversee the Procurement, responsible for managing and directing all complete company procurement cycle and identifying requirements through to receiving goods / services, in order to ensure on-time fulfillment of company/project’s needs and requirements efficiently and effectively.
-Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation of Material, Power tool work shop and scaffolding system section.


-Initiate contracts for logistic service providers; sourcing service providers such transportation agents, warehousing solutions, responsible for negotiating arrangements with such agents to ensure reliable service. Manages the logistics process with assigned agents within agreed framework.
-Ensure effective inventory control; manage and implement inventory improvement action plans with close follow up with control team.
-Ensure physical inventory counting is followed and use the results to find out the reasons of discrepancies, and define ways of resolving them.

-Collate and report to management team. Develop a delivery management technique, process and system.

-Plan to maximize load capacity on all vehicles arriving at site were possible and to sure the suppliers use appropriate vehicles for delivery.
- Negotiates payment terms and discounts with subcontrotors for logistic dept to secure items and services in the specified form, quality, quantity and time-frame required and at the most advantageous price. And make Schedules payments in coordination with the finance function.
- Ensure that all applicable procedures are being implemented and that systems are being utilized in the manner intended.
- Conducts annual performance appraisal to review employee’s performance, carries out disciplinary meeting when needed, and recommends salary adjustments, reward and promotions based on employee performance results.

- PNU Project description:
It is composed of several educational colleges for Medicine, Dentistry, Pharmacy, Nursing and non-medical specialties(Arts, Humanities, Family, Arts and Design, Computer, Science and Information), a 400-bed hospital, two administrative buildings, one Conference and Convention Center, one library, mosques, 400 villas for married people and miscellaneous ancillary buildings.
- Review and supervise the subcontractors’ contracts in order to ensure that it complies with the contractual scope of work. Review variations and change orders and coordinate feedback meeting with concerned departments. Review and validate claims and ensure that is settled.

1. Manages the full functionality of the Procurement Department: Tendering, Purchasing, Material Control and Stores in one organizational multi-functional team within the mega project.
2. Administers the Procurement process and negotiates major contracts to ensure the compliance with the existing company policies & procedures applicable laws & regulations and customer requirements.
3. Purchase or hire material/equipment in the most cost effective manner in line with regulatory and company policy.
4. Monitoring & forecasting the needed materials on site to ensure stocks materials in the warehouse as needed in the project with the coordination of the project managers.
5. Presently handling the usage of ERP system/ORACLE to develop for general use in a variety of information management applications and GT5 system for distributing material per zone/Bldg./Room.
6. Recruiting of suitable qualified procurement staff (procurement Engr.) to be assigned to projects,
Ensuring adequate resources are available to project sites, and training of the procurement personnel to ensure quality deliverables.

Responsible to plan, manage & supervise all activities within the Material Control Service, to control the material request process and to ensure that material requested and/or issued are in line with requested specifications and in accordance with the Company’s regulations & policies.
• Establish, implement, and ensure compliance with Company policies, procedures, standards, automated systems and tools for Material control management in line with the supply chain.
• Defines catalog content process and Standardizing the procured and stocked material, control all periodic stock replenishment.
• Suggest available item in our stock as equivalents or alternatives.
• Manage warehouses holding mechanical parts, construction materials and Finished Goods (FG) and maintain control of inventory through supervision of the Warehouse .Review nonmoving inventory for alternate use and disposal action
• Ensures that the status of data pertaining to all phrases of procurement is entered in the computer system and monitored in a timely manner.
• Manage work-in-process inventory in tandem with project Management and review, control nonmoving semi-finished subassembly and inventories.
• Coordinates with the Purchasing Department, Sites, Projects, & Stores in order to authenticate specifications of requested material, spare parts, or equipment.

• Monitors & evaluates staff performance to ensure continuous improvement of the services rendered to the various Divisions.

Manages the Storage of all supplies for entire kingdom wide operation improves material
handling and helped implement the reorganization of Central depot and all 18 Stores.
2. Manages the implementation and identification for all materials to be coded with creation of
stock inventory file for all stores.
3. Monitors transshipments and resolve material receiving discrepancies.
4. Monitors customs clearance and duty charges and authorize over short and damage material
reports.

1. Q.C Engineer for the Procurement and Construction of two Neighborhoods centers, consisting
of two mosques, two commercial centers, underground utilities, site Development and
Landscaping.

and follow up all tested material such as (steel bar, gravel, concrete cylinder, sand, polyethylene
