To understand the business functions and processes needed and documents those processes requirements.
Identify and resolve issues by recommending modifications to business processes.
Coordinate in Information gathering and investigate the requirements for ERP.
Document upgrades and enhancements for various sections of the ERP system.
Actively participate in data modeling and business modeling.
Participates in Change Request process to approve, document, test and certify all changes to the ERP system.
Evaluates and prepares recommendations for change in established methods and procedures.
Plan, organize and prioritize work, with the ability to multi-task.
Analyze and Forward the RFPs/ Enquiries to concerned Divisions received through Website.
To Analyse the Sales forecasts of each division and seek justifications for the variances.
Assist in accomplishing Sales targets through effective pre-sales and post sales analysis.
Prepare Bills receivables reports and following up with Sales Team on Collections and other irregularities to contribute for a reduced turn over period on collections.
Prepare MIS reports for the top management on regular basis i.e., Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Semi-annual and Annual reports
Responsible for training of the new resources in the support staff.
Communicating updates to different process supervisors, peers, or subordinates and timely completion of assigned jobs.
Provide top-notch support to Managing Director and Functional managers.
• Investigate, evaluate and approve claims to enhance proper methods followed by claims adjusters in settling a claim.
• Maintain settled claims files and an invoice of claims requiring detailed analysis.
• Report overpayments, underpayments, and other irregularities to contribute for a reduced loss ratio.
• Scrutinizing of Documents and identifying discrepancies.
• Communicating updates to different process supervisors, peers, or subordinates and timely completion of assigned jobs.
• To have Creative problem solving, good analytical & interpersonal skills.
• Understands the complexity of Turn Around Time and Service Level Agreements.
• Sound Knowledge on United States of America’s Life & Annuity Claims.
• Excellent File handling and Claims Resolution skills
with an aim to provide efficient media & Print services.
• Propose and provide effective BTL Advertising solutions.
• Concept Selling and Execution.
