- Manages and oversees general accounting, accounts payable, payroll, property accounting, financial reporting Perform account reconciliations and analyses.
- Manages the monthly close process to ensure the timely and accurate accounting and reporting.

- Calculation of the most important financial ratios of interest to the investor "break-even point, net present value, internal rate of return, payback period, and Calculation of Capital Expenditures.
- Contribute to the preparation of feasibility studies’ reports, and valuation and business plan.
- Preparation of monthly accounts for the GM.
- Preparing and managing daily bank accounts.
