In this role I played role in shaping the operational procedures of the newly set strategy.
One of my main responsibilities is to translate community engagement strategy into an implementation work plan and budgets, and to manage, support and train a team of program officers and field officers.
In addition, maintaining information exchange with other teams and components, and keep information tracked and updated frequently for weekly and biweekly reports.
Beside the Program Officer's responsibilities, I was responsible for ensuring consistent implementation of the community engagement strategies.
I also played role in interviewing and selecting candidates for Program Officer position in community engagement component.
At this role, I had responsibilities for delivering community engagement activities that supports legitimate governance bodies, by working with and supervising field team. Activities that involves awarding small grants to benefit local communities and empower governance bodies who will take credits for the delivery.
I was responsible for communication with M&E, research, and other component departments.
In addition, I was responsible for design, facilitate and deliver trainings for field staff as planned and needed.
As Project Coordinator, I was responsible for designing/planning and executing projects. Duties varied from preparing and analyzing needs assessments, setting the implementation plan and guiding and supervising field team during implementation, to reporting against deliverables.
During projects life cycle, I kept heavy coordination with logistic department, finance department, and MEAL department to ensure proper information exchange, in addition to maintain coordination relationship with partners.
I also prepared projects' periodic reports and finals, as I was responsible for reporting to donors.
In this position, I was responsible for managing the business and making strategic decisions in coordination with owner.
One of the main responsibilities was leading negotiations with banks and insurance companies; to set agreements in accordance to the firm's financial needs, and to the sales policies and customer needs.
In addition, I was responsible for financial control by reviewing accounts status, periodic reports and financial statements.
Also responsible for reviewing sales policies including installments and after sale service, promoting branches, choosing partners to work with, and for the communication with customers regarding claims and legal affairs.
In this position, I was responsible for advising management on strategic financial decisions.
