• Enhancing the Bank Reconciliation process for the group bank accounts.
• Ensuring the proper amortization of prepaid expenses for 89 brands throughout the financial periods.
• Actively tracking new and current company loans (both long-term and short-term) and ensuring that the proper accrued finance cost is paid and booked for credit facilities.

2- Troubleshooting and identifying PC problems & Modem problems affecting Internet service.
3- Troubleshooting Wireless Connectivity Problems (with laptop / IPhone / IPad).
4- Configuring hardware provided by the company (Routers & WiFi Extenders)
5- Handling problems related to VAS (Value Added Services) (Link Max, Link Guard & link dr)
6- Compensation requests for customers technical problems (Checking customer’s eligibility and creating a compensation request case if so).
• Performing outgoing calls to VIP customers and normal customers for troubleshooting technical & financial problems and retention cases.
• Coaching and assisting the newly hired representatives during the observation period.
• Assisting and answering both first & second line representatives’ inquiries regarding workflows, tools and offers.
• Acting as a Team Leader if needed (Handle escalated customers’ calls and performing operation issues tasks as global problems detection / announcing and communicating with other concerned teams).
