Drive the store and manage the sales team with full energy to achieve the goals Implement Store layout, visual merchandising, stock & fixture positioning according to brand guidelines
Manage stock replenishment, DSD, product launches & promotions Maintain & submit all documents and reports required by the operations
Ensure that the S.O.P are fully applied and followed in the store as daily
Review & act upon commercial reports to deliver the target
Provide standard customer care regarding to brand & company rules
Ensure the store visually & administratively fully reflecting brand image
visit clinics, polyclinics and hospitals to present pharmaceuticals products
maximize the sales rate to acheive the target setted
build and maintain perfect relation with doctors and medical professionals
