Have knowledge in Process Engineering Design activities such as simulation, hydraulic analysis, depressurizing and relief study, budget and team planning. Also, worked on equipment sizing for pumps, separators, tanks, and heat exchangers.
Develop design basis, operation and control philosophies, datasheets, line list, PFD, P&IDs, As-Built/Red-Markup. Participate in safety sessions HAZOP and SIL.
Good working knowledge on Aspen HYSYS, Flare net, HTRI and Fathom. Also, have a creditable knowledge in Flow Assurance Studies using SPS software (Synergi Pipelines Simulator).
Work on SAUDI ARAMCO projects at different stages (DBSP, PP, DD and Construction Support) familiar with SA standards.
Work in developing and updating production and delivery plane as well as assisting in monitoring pipe tracking system. Support project management schedule and monthly production schedule also responsible for preparing production analysis reports (operating, running and stoppage hours).
