2010 to Date production Supervisor and PTW Coordinator for CPF (Centre production facility) & six Out Stations I work since beginning of 2010 year PTW coordinator of a major work permits in the treatment plant's main oil and the treatment plant, water re-injection to reservoir and six outstations in addition to all wells (oil and water), check & follow-up work permit and certificates attached and determine the type of work risks and how to control work to prevent any incident and follow-up safety measures and follow-up the work in the position and guide employees to the proper methods and store all permit to work
2007 to 2010 Production Senior Operator and acting supervisor for Out station and Well Head .
I'm responsible for the day to day check the well head of natural flow beam pump, ESP monitor THP, FLP FLT ampere chart. Annuluses A+B+C pressure SCSSV. Chock size gas and oil Leak operates. Open/Close wells. Start/stop beam pump, ESP bean up/ bean down production well by adjust the chock as operation requirement, operate ESD SCSSSV, B.P unit charge the SCSSSV
SSV by hydraulic pump. Bleed down & monitoring annuluses A/B/C. adjust
(Corrosion inhibitor or multi treat) as well production. Prepare wellhead for well service Job. Take oil sample.
I am responsible for the day-to-day Operation of gathering station and associated oil production. wells (natural flow, and beam pump, ESP). Start/stop these stations, emergency handling. Monitoring and testing different type of the well separate two phases or three phases, Two phase and three-phase test depend on BS&W percentage. Well flow, THP (tubing head pressure), choke size
BS&W result, gas rate via GOR results by using correct orifice size.
Compare all current test data with previous test for the well.
Chase up with operators to collect THP while the well under testing
Collect samples and follow up its analysis with full comparative with result and previous THP.Take (oil API, oil SG, BS&W)
Operate two trains of mode HP, IP, LP as three phase separate
Monitor different type of chemicals (corrosion & scale inhibitors, demulsified. multi treat) Operates & monitors fixed &floating roof tanks, operate transfer centrifugal pumps, operate centrifugal gas compressor three stages & cooling system, operate two units Glycol de-hydration system different capacity type, operate reciprocating water injection pumps, operate reciprocating & centrifugal air compressors, operate Launching/receiving Pigs & different pigs type,
Preparing tanks/ flow lines/ separators/ station equipment for maintenance or major isolation and inspection.
I am responsible for continuous operation of the above production facilities including well testing, chemical injection and pipeline operations. I am also responsible for all well related activities including rig handover and well start up, wire line interventions and preparations for work over operations. S/D coordinator including developing of Plans, Procedures, and supervision of shut down work. I have been formally assessed by Shell staff as an OSC (On Scene Commander), AEC (Area Emergency Co-coordinator), Permit To Work coordinator / signatory, Job Hazard Analysis, Risk Assessment.
2003-2007- Production operator in AFPC out station.
I have Worked in five out station in Omar field, Operate SCSSSV/ SSV, bean up bean dawn production wells, Check the well integrity, operate beam pump & ESP as well head team, Operate separators, reciprocating & centrifugal pumps, reciprocating gas compressor four stage & cooling system, air compressors, Glycol de-hydration system, testing different type of the wells in two phase or three phase, Monitor different type of chemicals (corrosion & scale inhibitors, demulsified. Multi treat), start/stop stations, Launching/receiving Pigs & all equipment isolation /desolation.
