As a Telecommunication and Information Security Manager, I spearheaded a successful project to implement a Migration Windows server and transform our infrastructure from physical servers to VMware servers. I played a key role in overseeing the project from start to finish, working closely with team members to ensure seamless execution.
My responsibilities included leading the planning and execution of the migration, and ensuring that all aspects of the project were completed on time and within budget. I also worked closely with our IT team to ensure that all systems were properly configured and optimized for performance.
Based on previous achievements, as a Head of the Information Technology Department, I successfully led the implementation of a robust information security system that included state-of-the-art firewall and antivirus solutions. My responsibilities included:
-Conduct a thorough analysis of the company's security infrastructure and identify potential vulnerabilities.
-Working closely with the IT team to select and deploy the most appropriate firewall and antivirus solutions to meet the company's security needs.
-Developing and implementing comprehensive security policies and procedures to ensure that all employees understood their roles and responsibilities in maintaining a secure environment.
-Training staff on best practices for using the new security system and ensuring that all relevant personnel were fully briefed on any changes or updates to the system.
-Regularly review and test the system to ensure it was functioning effectively and proactively identify any potential threats.
-As a result of my efforts, the company's information security was significantly strengthened, and we were able to reduce the risk of data breaches and cyber-attacks.
# Kaspersky security center:
o Configure Anti-Virus policies on the server and apply them to every type of client.
o Create an installation package for every type of client machine.
o Configure live update process.
o manages all machines in environments and set Tasks, updates, Deploy, and policies.
# Led implementation of all communication infrastructures during factory construction, including CISCO
networking, Alcatel PBX system, Radio station and Microwave link to the office.
# As a seasoned IT professional, I have led the successful implementation of numerous hardware installations, including servers and workstations.
# As a project lead, I successfully led a full Oracle ERP implementation. The implementation included data gathering, business planning, integration, and validation for Financials, Purchasing, Inventory, and Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) modules. My key responsibilities included:
o Led a team of functional and technical experts in implementing the Oracle ERP system.
o Collaborating with business stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
o Configuring the system to meet business requirements.
o Conducting system integration testing, user acceptance testing, and end-user training.
o Providing ongoing support and maintenance to ensure system stability and performance.

While working there, I was monitoring, advising and reporting (Second Level support agents).
And supporting in following up all technical problems related to ADSL service and WiFi.
