PRACTICAL EXPERIENCE:

• Achieve 100%the monthly and annual sales & GP.
• Ensure stock accuracy of parts in the location and ensure that the required parts availability is maintained through timely replenishment from Central Warehouse.
• Follow up a report on lost sales / sales report & Invoicing of backorder parts.
• Follow up his team to obtain customer satisfaction to be 90 % according to CSI rating.
• Follows-up his team for back-orders and provides workshop with timely information on the status of back-ordered parts and ensures order delivery to the workshop on the promised.
• Participate in a mandatory minimum of 5 training days" and indicate the aim of the training ("knowledge", "skill" or "ability").
• Work on implement Balanced Scorecard according to company policy.
