Project Manager for:
* O&M NodeB Huawei (Meditel account).
* NodeB Ericsson NRO (Meditel account).
* Channel element and second carrier upgrade project (Ericsson-Meditel).
* Post Audit project (Ericsson- Meditel).
As a strategic position and reporting directly to the Managing Director, and with the flexibility to travel across the EMEA to where SIGMA IT offices and customers are, the selected candidate will have various duties within projects (Time based and Scope Based) such as participating in the development of project definitions, managing completion and quality control issues, and implementing plans effectively within the organization.
Other functions may involve ensuring the projects’ success like conflict management, customer interfacing, participating in the technical stage of the recruitment cycle, attending meetings and delegation of specific tasks to other employees.
Job Duties:
-Delivering all projects on time within budget, GP and scope.
-Developing project plans, goals, and budgets; identifying resources needed and following the upcoming deals.
-Guiding and performing strategic analysis for the projects with continuous reporting for the P & L sheets for each project.
-Organizing and managing all phases of the project to ensure on-time completion.
-Contribute in the recruitment, selection, orientation and later management for the projects’ employees (Short & Long Terms).
-Maintains the quality services by establishing and enforcing organization standards and processes.
-Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
-Ensure accurate resource availability and allocation.
-Assembling and coordinating project team members; assigning individual responsibilities.
-Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
-Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors with close follow up for the partnerships level retention and upgrade if needed.
-Support the Technical and Business Development teams in the closing of the sales deals/cycle.
-Manages the current projects staff (outsourcing resources) and support the sales team for their contracts’ renewal.

-Public: National defense council; Military intelligence; Ministry of Communication & Information Technology & Student Information System “SIS” & Ministry of Electricity & Ministry of Interior “Civil Status Office”
-Gas and Oil: Gas Cool & Egyptian General Petroleum Corporation.
-Banking: Piraeus & QNB.
-Commercial: Danone & Allianz & Beyti & I-Score & AUC & Iskan Insurance.
-Telecom: Etisalat Misr.
-Financial: Egypt For information Dissemination “EGID”.

- PTN (Huawei - Vodafone).
- TE-Core (Huawei- Telecom Egypt).
Customer project manager - (Meditel Account)
- Complete Inventory for Meditel network (3000 sites).
Project Coordinator - (Meditel Account)
- NodeB implementation manager.
- Channel element and second carrier upgrade projects.
Responsibilities:
- Manages: NRO Planning reports, personal time, customer relationships and staff.
- Leads: daily demonstrates Ericsson leadership capabilities; motivates staff, recognizing and rewarding appropriately
- Organizes: Ensures Planning & Engineering Access unit daily activities are fully focused on meeting deliverables
- Supports: ensures necessary reports are promptly provided to meet customer requirements
- Operations: coordinates all NRO Access activities towards deliverables
- Ensure compliance with changes in service communication needs.
- Being the main interface towards the CPM and other functions within the Planning organization for rollout progress and reports.
- Supporting the project functions with information handling and reporting.
- To populate the project/service information management system (Site Handler) with related information and documentation.
- Schedule for efficient roll-out for NRO Access as per priorities from CPM
- Issue WO to internal and external resources.
- To develop, drive and deliver ASPs & Implementation to Acceptance on time
- Ensuring ASPs carry right tools and Document for Acceptance best practice
- Ensure the ASPs are following the Acceptance process.
