• Supervising the implementation of the IT function plans, as well as ensuring their compliance we company’s rules and policies.
• Monitoring the progress of IT projects on a continuous basis, and ensuring that project timelines and milestones are being met in compliance with the set plans.
• Develops new system and application implementation plans, custom scripts, and testing
procedures to ensure operational reliability. Trains technical staff in how to use new software
and hardware developed and/or acquired. Performing capacity planning, disk, and file
optimization, and performance tuning.
• Assigning work activities, monitoring workflow, and directing such activities on a daily basis.
• Managing the activities within IT function, as well as providing technical support as needed in order to ensure smooth operation of different functions and satisfaction of personnel.
• Participate in the preparation of the IT function budget, as well as submitting and discussing it with the concerned management.
• Setting preventive maintenance schedules to IT systems, and following up on the execution of preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Responsible for data center disaster recovery operations, including coordination of
business continuity. Performs day-to-day troubleshooting as required.
• Ensure long term requirements of systems operations and administrations are included in the
overall information systems planning of the organization.
• Recommending and approving software and hardware replacements, modifications and upgrades improve performance and ensure a smooth running of the different functions achieving personnel’s satisfaction.
• Develop and configure hardware, peripherals, services, settings, directories, storage etc. in accordance with standards and project/operational requirements.
• Following up on unresolved issues, and recommending actions to be taken accordingly to ensure adequate and timely resolution.
• Provides feedback and recommendations to the Director of IT regarding team happenings, workflow issues, and infrastructure design.
• Managing IT infrastructure (Systems, Network, Security, Service Desk Management)
• Designing and implementing and delivering IT continuous improvement solutions and patching the new needed system updates.
• Troubleshooting the IT services to meet the functional objectives of the business, supporting users to use the new implemented IT services.
• Managing overall day-to-day operations to improve infrastructure to meet the functional objectives of the business.
• Managing strategic relationships with key IT product and service providers.
• Assessing the relative impact of IT industry trends on current and future enterprise infrastructure needs and projects.
• Analyzing, predicting trends, and developing long-range plans designed to maintain cost-effectiveness.
• Cooperating with other departments in installing new technologies as per IT technical reviews and infrastructure scope.
• Participating in IT strategy planning activities and implementing user policy.
• Performing the needed reports for IT infrastructure operation performance, risk assessment results, and vendor performance in areas that include quality, capacity, systems, and responsiveness to make the needed actions toward it.
• Ensuring that the system performance and SLAs are met toward the service provider’s side and the IT infrastructure team’s side.
• Designing IT infrastructure services to be agile to business needs and budget, handling, optimizing, assessing resources to ensure the business performance too.
• Providing leadership for front-end and back-end issues with in-depth technical details and root cause analysis to keep the business performance.
• Handling, dealing and communicating with service providers in implementing, sizing, or troubleshooting system issues.
• Analyzing, predicting trends, and developing IT infrastructure processes to ensure availability.
Perform Daily Systems Monitoring, Verifying the Integrity and Availability of all Hardware, Server Resources, Systems and Key Processes, Reviewing Systems and Application Logs, and Verifying Completion of Scheduled Jobs Such as Backups.
•Evaluating, Designing, Planning, Implementing, Configuring, Installing, Testing, Maintaining, Tuning, Documenting, and Supporting systems hardware and software in the development testing and production environments.
•Working with a Microsoft product (SCOM, SCCM, Hyper-V) integrated with VMware ESX Vsphere to build Complete infrastructure.
•Performing capacity planning, disk and file optimization, and performance tuning.
•Ensure Client’s satisfaction by regular monitoring of formal / informal service levels & KPIs
•Managing Data Centers and Disaster Recovery Sites.

•Administer and maintain the corporate Web Filters for Internet security based on the corporate Internet usage policy
•Administer and maintain the corporate E-Mail filters for corporate E-mail security and SPAM protection based on the corporate E-Mail usage policy.
Computer Controlled Alarm System It is a project of how to design and implement a wireless alarm system and controlling it by computer. A central transmission unit sends an alarm signal and it received by computer in control room. You can determine the type of alarm signal and its location by using this project.
