After hiring the finance team, I started building the finance section of the company by implementing a new ERP System, to support management in planning the company's resources; using this system I manage and control Assets and liabilities, operations, Treasury and plan for new projects
I approve payments to suppliers, post transaction in the system, give and manage authorities of system users.
I support management in planning and in building company policies & procedures, I analyze the operations, sales, liquidity and the profitability of branches and recommend for expanding on those which have excellent profits and low costs.
Besides, any other requirements that top management may need.
Lead and supervision of the accounting Section and run the daily operation activities.
Prepare the monthly financial reports.
Prepare VAT returns & Zakat activities.
Manage Monthly costing activities.
communicate with External Auditors regarding annual Financial statements.
Manage the Financial Facilities.
Negotiation & Communication with related parties.
Support CFO and CEO in providing requirements of BOD.
Lead & Control the Finance of the ICT Companies in CTC Group, which are four companies : Cencom Sudan, Cencom Senegal, Digitech Telecom, CentQ, with a finance team of 10 accountants.
