• Contract with prospective customers of the Company and negotiate for a successful, profitable deal for the Company, which is also focused on customer delight.)
• Plan the complete project based on the customer needs and the Company’s available services
• Coordinate with the corresponding departments within the company to arrange for the execution of the project
• Supervise the complete process till completion and collect feedbacks
• Preparing all types of Central bank reports
• Perform cost-benefit analysis of the projects
• Provide financial reports of the projects and submit to the Company
• Maintaining employee standard payroll date in the payroll system, and making approved changes for each pay run.
• Processing computerized payroll and assisting with payroll quality control.
• Ensuring all payments are paid in timely manner. E.g. employee, PAYG, work covers, superannuation.
• Assist in the calculation and minting of leave entitlement data.
• Responsible Salary presented to MOSAL every month.
• Renewal, First time, Transfer, PISS, make for employees.
• Managing role for kuwatizition at PISS and MSAL.
• Registration contract to MOSAL and make Cota for employees.
