• Reviewing, Approving and Monitor detailed EPC preliminary stage schedules for EPCC projects for tender stage, incorporating several scenarios to finalize various aspects of EPCC sequencing.
• Establishing and maintaining Approved Vendors list and a contracts database.
• Compilation of Tender Documents (ITB) & Contract Packages in compliance of Oil & Gas industry standards.
• Perform technical and commercial review of EPCI long time tenders (subcontractor’s quotations) for the preparation of Service agreements.
• Ensure that all project commitments are accurately reported and will maintain updated final project forecasts and expenditure forecasts.
• Ensure engineering, procurement, and construction schedules to be able to align with the master schedule for the project
• Reviewing and Approving Contractors Schedule, Planning Packages and other deliverables.
• Reviewing and Approving look ahead schedules and reporting early warnings to Project team
• Track the criticality of the main paths to completion and float consumption
• Reviewing, Approving and manage overall master schedule integrating work breakdown structure
• Evaluate allocation of resources and provide recommendations to maintain required progress
• Track, monitor and forecast progress of all activities and deliverable such as products, engineering documents, fabrication status and construction of all discipline.
• Monitor and review three weeks and three months look-ahead schedule that reflect the priority activities.
• Develop and update resource histogram weekly or monthly as required.
• Coordinate schedule from multiple contractors and incorporate the information gathered into the overall project master schedule.
