New Doha Port Project Package NPP/0018 “Qatar Emiri Naval Forces Base”
A solutions-oriented team player as Utilities coordinator to connect the project 23 blocks internal networks carried by ECG (Areas ranges from 43, 000m2 to 148, 000m2) to the external networks carried by the main Utility consultant Worley Parsons.
Troubleshooting clashes between the external utility networks and blocks utility networks especially in the congested outer boundaries. As well as different utilities networks clashes inside each block.
Duties
• Produce Clash resolution documents between Main consultant external utilities and blocks utilities in congested areas.
• Attending workshops with the main consultant.
• Utility corridors and coordination for blocks infrastructure utilities.
• Design of water, Fire hydraulic networks using water CAD.
• Design of waste water networks using Sewer Gems.
• Design of storm drainage networks using Storm CAD and civil 3D.

El Amiri Guard Majlis Extension in El Ewyina
Team Leader for Extension of existing utilities for El Amiri Majlis. Liaise with authorities for obtaining necessary approvals for connection with existing utilities. Data collection and analysis for the existing networks.
Design and quantity surveying consultancy services for renovation of 5 parks at Doha municipality
Technical design for disciplines of sewage, water, fire, and storm networks for 5 Recreational parks at Doha with areas ranges from 2000 m2 to 11000 m2 compatible with QSAS requirements.

Duties:
• Review Tender drawing, calculations, models received from consultant (Laceco) for all utilities discipline water, irrigation, fire, sewage & storm along with reviewing the coordination for electrical, telecom, roads and landscape.
• Prepare shop drawings and material submittals for sub-contractors.
• Technical office tasks as site core team between Client, Consultant and construction team.
• Following up with document control works.
