• Provides input to business to evaluate structure contracts.
• Develop & Support business growth objectives and strategies by using financials and operational
data to analyze trends and financial impacts.
• Overview of cost saving opportunity and Controls expenses and spending in according to budget.
• Maintain relation with the external auditors and investigate their finding and recommendations.
• Maintain in-depth relation with all members of the management team.
• Ensure accounting is adhering to internal audit requirements.
• Understand and mitigate key elements of the company's risk profile.
Responsible for:
• Analyze the financial details of past, present, and expected operations to identify development
opportunities and areas where improvement is needed.
• Audit the financial statements of the insurance companies in accordance with the Egyptian
accounting standards.
• Prepare the studies to determine the assets and liabilities of the insurance companies to assure
enough financial margins are in accordance with the low of underwriting.
• Analyze the investments of the insurance companies.
• Check & review the feasibility studies of the new Companies.
• Evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of the management's controls over financial activities.
• Develop a strong understanding of the various business environments in which the organization
operates.
• Identify, analyze, and provide oral and written recommendations to potential weaknesses that may
affect the management ability to achieve its objectives.
• Work collaboratively with the management to ensure audit results (i.e., report) clearly communicate
the identified business risks/exposures and their identified root cause(s) to business unit and
executive-level management.
• Design prepares the yearly audit plan and structure special enquires, as requested by the Board of
Directors.
• Design, develop and implement a comprehensive start-up framework.
• Design a comprehensive Internal Audit Manual
• Defining policies, procedure, and standards for internal audit function
