Sourcing for new suppliers with various range all over Egypt to insure best price, quality and delivery time. Keen eye to deadlines and fast responding for the urgent needs Negotiating with suppliers and services providers. Coordinate with the maintenance team sending spare parts to be fixed or fabricated in local workshops. Negotiate contracts prices, terms and conditions Follow up POs status to keep updated with the delivery. and analysis the cost of each department and vessel. My responsibility: All safety and fire fighting requirement, lifting gears, certificate and survey approvals for marine units, survey and all radio communication items, EME agreements, steel sectors and fabrication, electric items, IT items & license renewal, provision agreement, tools and consumables, oil and lubricant for vessels, training and marketing and exhibitions requirements.
Sourcing and Establish new suppliers' relationship. Monitoring the balance of local raw material and spare parts, Meet the deadlines and fast respond forthe emergency needs to keep on production. Coding the items on Microsoft Dynamics and establishing system data base.
