Setting up the sales targets to sales team according to historical and weighted areas.
Implant company projects in store, level, BTL activities and POSM.
Monitoring and controlling actual sales Vs targets in daily, weekly, monthly bases
Follow up targets quarterly and year to meet the company sales by end of year.
Evaluate the market opportunities and potential customers (vertical and horizontal growth) .
Implement the company sales in term of Coverage (Numeric distribution ) and productivity
Monitor the credit in the market and collection targets.
Provide supervision and direction to my sales team (sales rep), including sales number, distribution, coverage, productivity.
Responsible for doing Van audit for all VSR.
Validate the JP for all VSR in order to increase our coverge -I work in tha al- mansour company for trade and distributiution
