MM/WH Material Planning and Coordination
Synopsis:
Material Coordinator (MC) serves as a single point of contact for all material
Related requirements within their respective operating function customer
Base. The emphasis is on customer support and the on-time delivery of
Materials to support the business. They will perform material planning and
Coordination activities with a focus on accuracy, quality inputs and optimization.
The role requires cooperation with Line, Category Management, and Procurement
Services, Logistics and Finance
Maintaining accurate records of tools and warehouse movements and stock control as and when required depending upon location
Handling material issue notes
Identify surplus and obsolete stock and scrap
Checking the accuracy of store issue notes and checking the validity of authorized signatures correct well name identify then locate stock requested.
Reallocation of stocks and ongoing stock maintenance tasks to maximize efficiency in storage areas
Receiving and checking material deliveries and plant deliveries and booking in to stock
Checking the cargo manifest details are correct
Physical consignment checks in respect of quantity damage suitability and specification
Responsible for lifting and placing material safely in areas out of public risk and protecting as required. Complying with all risk assessment and procedures
Arrange for any repairs to warehouse equipment and tool
Physical receiving for drilling materials including thread inspection and condition
Coordinate with the drilling team regarding hanger system as per well plan and physical count and technical condition
