Job Description: Includes the following but not limited to
• Organizing and controlling all the department activities.
• Material procurement supply plan, product evaluation.
• Manpower interviewing, hiring, planning, training and development.
• Budgeting and forecasting.
• Plan and implement dep. for future growth and expansion possibility.
• Oversee customer's complaints, solve, reduce and stop it if possible.
• Sales projections, pricing of products and control discount percentage if required.
• Allocation of market segments and territories for sales teams.
• New products introduction and evaluation.
• Follow-up major projects and tenders.
• Improve maximize profitability and market share.
• Liaise with principals and overseas suppliers as required.
• Coordinate with Marketing Manager on the product launches, promotional programs and campaigns.
• Follow-up collection and ensure implementation of credit facilities regulations set by the company.
• Follow-up preparation of quotations, system design, technical submittal for valuable tenders and Mega projects.
• Maintain updated reports on the department activities.
• Co-ordinate the dep. routine daily jobs, with services, Installations, logistics, account, and all other related departments.
• Monitor stock level, slow moving stock, pending delivery, and take the necessary corrective actions.
• Make sure that the company rules and regulation are implemented in the department.
• Maintain utmost secrecy regarding company's policies, confidential information, sales budget and achievements and not to divulge any such information which is against company policy and interest.

Sell all the products of the manufacturing division of alfanar factories (more than 6 Different factories) to the area/countries related to me. Study the specs, requirements & market sales prices for similar products. Visit & meet new/old dealers/customers to promote our products & handle all business relations & related subjects. Quoting inquiries & create price lists for all the products. Decide & control products stock by issuing production orders for products with specific Quantities. Preparing Performa Invoices & Payments conditions to Customers & receiving Customer's PO. Accepting or rejecting Customer's P.O & L/Cs from Banks. Preparing all documents required for exporting (Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Certificates of Origin, Inspection reports/certificates & any other required Bank documentations etc.) Communicating with planning dep., store Department, Account Department. & Cargo Companies. to arrange all required items for current shipments & ship to customers.
Following Customers payment & Bank Collections.
Meet with all concerned departments for any new product required or any customer's complains or special requirements.
Working on products approval in area/countries related to me by visiting & following Governmental Sectors/Ministries in relation with.
Find procedures to develop & improve working flow internal & external.
Find procedures to increase net profits & decrease any loses

As well as Electrical wires & Power Cables,
Moreover have a very strong experience of all commercial & credit Banking issues locally & internationally related to sales, import & export.
