Reporting to the commercial vehicles general manager I am responsible for:
o Achieving high level of customer satisfaction
o Achieving high level of Internal and Principal aftermarket KPIs
o Volvo trucks aftermarket budget for whole UAE including service & parts
o Linde forklift parts business for whole UAE
o The aftermarket business and action plan
o Regular review and monitoring the P/L report and take the necessary actions required
o Dealer standards
Reporting to the JCB manager, I am responsible for Service and parts departments operations along with the aftersales support team, and to cover whole UAE with total 70 Manpower.
I am responsible for Service, Parts and product support targets, objectives including the gross and net profit, budget reviewing and best utilization of company facilities.
With the JCB Principal I am responsible to achieve the dealer standard KPIs for both parts and service departments
Reporting to the JCB manager, I am responsible for Service department operation, target and revenue along with product support team, and to cover whole UAE with total 41 Manpower including four product support Engineers.
I am responsible for Service, and product support targets, objectives including the gross and net profit, budget reviewing and best utilization of company facilities.
With the JCB Principal I am responsible to achieve the dealer standard KPIs for service department
Reporting to National Komatsu and product support manager I am responsible for the main workshop in Dubai which covers Komatsu heavy equipment, Komatsu forklift, Bomag rollers, Link-belt crane and Terex crane. The workshop covers Dubai and North of emirates with a total 35 manpower.
I am responsible for achieving the workshop target, objectives and KPIs
o Reporting to equipment manager, I am responsible for the central workshop with total 100 manpower with almost 5 years
I am responsible for all repair done in the workshop
Issue the purchase order required for machines repair
Support the small workshops in all project sites
Give the technical advice to all workshop team and work with hand in hand to solve the problems
- Reporting to Madina Branch manager, I am working as equipment branch manager and responsible for the central workshop and logistic department with a total 75 manpower for one and half year

Reporting to TCM Brand manager, I am responsible for the service operation, target, objectives and KPIs
Reporting to Komatsu workshop manager, I am responsible for:
o Repairing/overhauling by hands-on experience and independent all transmissions, torque converter, final drives, steering, brake, hydraulic components of all KOMATSU earth moving equipment such as Dozers, Loaders, Excavators, Graders
o Making a troubleshooting for all KOMATSU equipment both inside the workshop or outside
o Solving any problem related to hydraulic, steering, brake and power train system
o Achieving a complete customer satisfaction
o Making report for each job of repair including the

The customer feedback for the repair process
This Diploma is two years and is concerned with the qulaity control, total quality management, economy and planning
