o Achieving high level of Internal and Principal aftermarket KPIs
o Volvo trucks aftermarket budget for whole UAE including service & parts
o Linde forklift parts business for whole UAE
o The aftermarket business and action plan
o Regular review and monitoring the P/L report and take the necessary actions required
o Dealer standards
