- Lead the development and implementation of the New Hire's Orientation Program (Induction, on-Boarding), and sets KPI’s to ensure its effectiveness.
- Set the Employer branding strategies to promote Juhayna as employer of choice through using the different recruitment events and activities.
- Manage assessment centers as well as attending recruitment panels when required.
- Responsible for recruitment activities of executive and top positions across the Group starting M3 and above according to the Competency-Based Model.
- Lead the HCM-Oracle integration to deliver more efficient and effective management of HR information and transactions.
- Manages OD, L&D & Talent Acquisition budgets and negotiations with external providers to ensure meeting needs within budget constraints.
