Main Responsibilities and Projects;
• NEOM TROJENA CAMPS IN SAUDI ARABIA.
- Wet utilities networks design supervision and
directly report to the Project Engineering
Manager.
- Prepare Project Design Basis requirements.
- Prepare Project Master Deliverables list.
- Coordinate with all Project disciplines.
• Al HAER Independent Sewage Treatment Plant (ISTP) 200, 000 M3/Day.
- Design the Treated sewerage effluent” TSE”
Pressurized Pipeline (22 Kilometers).
- Prepare and issue the TSE Profiles and its
detailed BOQ.
- Design the Influent gravity line and prepare its
general plan, Profiles and BOQ.
- Design the Storm drainage, Sewage, Service
water, Irrigation and firefighting networks of
ISTP Area.
• Temporary Builders’ Camp of Al DABAA NPP.
- Design the Storm drainage, potable water and Firefighting detailed networks.
- Calculate the water consumption and sewage flow.
- Prepare the design criteria and calculation report for the infrastructure wet utilities systems.
- Prepare and issue the general plan, profiles, general details and BOQ.
• Working as Plant Design Engineer, Plant Design Engineer main activities are;
- Issue Site Layout, General Arrangements, Equipment’s Location, Fire Loop, Sewage Layout, Tank Nozzle schedule sketches, Aboveground Piping, Composite Piping and Isometric Piping Drawings.
- Design piping single line for critical mechanical systems.
- Design Piping Single line for non-critical mechanical systems (service air, instrument air, potable water, firefighting water, sanitary and oily waste).
- Route Piping System in 3D Model and Link between different disciplines to remove Model clashes and make optimum Design for power plant model.
- Preliminary and final design review for piping, valves, material selection, vendor Drawings and data sheets.
- Piping and Instrumentation Diagram review and check.
- Present material requirements report for pipes, valves and piping fittings.
- Prepare and Review BOQ and MR of all piping systems.
- Coordinate with all Disciplines to improve the Site Layout Design.
• Projects responsible for as plant design are;
- In EGYPT,
*Naga Hamadi El Senaia 500/200/66/11KV Substation.
* East Qena 500/220/66/22KV Substation.
*Black Sand Project at El Brullus Egypt.
-In LIBYA,
*Lamlouda 2*50MW simple cycle power plant project.
*Susah 2*300MW simple cycle power plant project.
-In IRAQ,
* Al Shaheed Al Mohandes Abdulla Hamza 2*125MW simple cycle power plant.
Responsibilities at Military Service period was: Audit of companies’ contracts, administrative work, inspection of equipment spare parts and Control Production Quantities.
